Before the departure date, if any member of the customer’s group, for any reason, cannot join the trip, the customer must notify the company immediately and will bear the cancellation charges as follows:
– Cancellation at least 7 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour value.
– Cancellation from 3 to 6 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour value.
– Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: 100% of the total tour value.
– During public holidays (Tet, National Holidays, etc.): No postponement, refund, or cancellation is accepted from the customer’s side, provided that the tour is permitted to operate.
📍 Notice of cancellation must be sent directly to the company in writing or by e-mail and must be confirmed by the company.
Cancellations made by phone will not be accepted.
📍 No refund will be given for customers who leave the tour halfway through the program.
