Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour at taxualooptours.com or using accommodation services at our homestays. By proceeding with a tour booking or accommodation reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

1. Booking & Payment

• Guests are required to provide complete and accurate personal information when booking a tour or accommodation.

• To confirm a reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required.

• The remaining balance shall be paid upon check-in or at the start of the tour.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or direct payment (where available).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made from the time of booking up to 10 days before the departure date will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the tour price.

• Cancellations made 5–10 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the tour price.

• Cancellations made 3–5 days before the departure date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the tour price.

• Cancellations made 0–3 days before the departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

• Public holidays and peak holiday periods are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable; the above cancellation policy does not apply.

• Any changes to the departure date must be requested at least 3 days in advance and are subject to service availability.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions throughout the journey.

• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

• The possession of dangerous items and the use of prohibited substances are strictly not allowed within the accommodation premises.

• Guests are expected to protect shared property and respect local culture as well as the natural environment.

4. Responsibilities of Taxua Loop Tours

• Provide services as committed in the tour program or accommodation agreement.

• Ensure tour guides and staff support guests throughout the tour or stay.

• Protect and maintain the confidentiality of guests’ personal information.

• In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or issue refunds based on the level of impact.

5. Copyright & Media Content

• Photos and videos captured by Taxua Loop Tours during the tour may be used for promotional purposes, unless guests explicitly request otherwise.

• Guests are welcome to share their experiences on social media platforms; however, proper credit must be given when using images or information provided by Taxua Loop Tours.
