Cloud Valley is located right in Hang Dong – the heart of the sea of clouds; you can see the clouds drifting by as soon as you open your room door. It’s also very convenient to travel to other cloud-watching spots in Ta Xua.

You can take a bus to Ta Xua and then rent a motorbike to visit the sights within a 15km radius, or travel by car/motorbike from Hanoi (200km) which takes 6 hours.

Tip: Clouds are thick in the morning, but usually dissipate quickly after 8 AM, so wake up early to avoid missing the moment.
Yes. Homestays usually have private rooms and full meal services. However, if you have young children, you should avoid mountain passes too late at night and prepare plenty of warm clothing.
You should bring warm clothes, sneakers, motion sickness medication, and a camera/phone with a power bank so you can comfortably chase clouds and take photos.
Before the departure date, if any member of the customer’s group, for any reason, cannot join the trip, the customer must notify the company immediately and will bear the cancellation charges as follows:
– Cancellation at least 7 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour value.
– Cancellation from 3 to 6 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour value.
– Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: 100% of the total tour value.
– During public holidays (Tet, National Holidays, etc.): No postponement, refund, or cancellation is accepted from the customer’s side, provided that the tour is permitted to operate.
