By proceeding with a tour booking or accommodation reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this document.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>1. Booking &amp; Payment<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"130\" data-end=\"243\">\n<p data-start=\"132\" data-end=\"243\">Guests are required to provide complete and accurate personal information when booking a tour or accommodation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"340\">\n<p data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"340\">To confirm a reservation, a minimum deposit of <strong data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"327\">50% of the total booking value<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"341\" data-end=\"421\">\n<p data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"421\">The remaining balance shall be paid upon check-in or at the start of the tour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"515\">\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"515\">Accepted payment methods include <strong data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"474\">bank transfer<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"496\">direct payment<\/strong> (where available).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>2. Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"152\" data-end=\"304\">\n<p data-start=\"154\" data-end=\"304\">Cancellations made from the time of booking up to <strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"241\">10 days before the departure date<\/strong> will incur a <strong data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"279\">30% cancellation fee<\/strong> based on the tour price.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"422\">\n<p data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"422\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"365\">5\u201310 days before the departure date<\/strong> will incur a <strong data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"403\">50% cancellation fee<\/strong> of the tour price.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"539\">\n<p data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"539\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"482\">3\u20135 days before the departure date<\/strong> will incur a <strong data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"520\">75% cancellation fee<\/strong> of the tour price.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"651\">\n<p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"651\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"599\">0\u20133 days before the departure date<\/strong> will incur a <strong data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"638\">100% cancellation fee<\/strong> (no refund).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"805\">\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"805\"><strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"698\">Public holidays and peak holiday periods<\/strong> are <strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"758\">non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable<\/strong>; the above cancellation policy does not apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"931\">\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"931\">Any changes to the departure date must be requested at least <strong data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"890\">3 days in advance<\/strong> and are subject to service availability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>3. Guest Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"208\">\n<p data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"208\">Guests must comply with all safety instructions throughout the journey.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"209\" data-end=\"268\">\n<p data-start=\"211\" data-end=\"268\">Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"401\">\n<p data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"401\">The possession of dangerous items and the use of prohibited substances are strictly not allowed within the accommodation premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"512\">\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"512\">Guests are expected to protect shared property and respect local culture as well as the natural environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>4. Responsibilities of Taxua Loop Tours<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"236\">\n<p data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"236\">Provide services as committed in the tour program or accommodation agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"311\">\n<p data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"311\">Ensure tour guides and staff support guests throughout the tour or stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"387\">\n<p data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"387\">Protect and maintain the confidentiality of guests\u2019 personal information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"627\">\n<p data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"627\">In cases of <strong data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"419\">force majeure<\/strong> (including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or issue refunds based on the level of impact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>5.
